Applications

The nXLi Enhanced pumps are optimized for mass spectrometry applications, where high reliability and stable vacuum performance are essential. Suitable for both chamber evacuation and as a backing pump for turbomolecular pumps, they can handle gas loads of up to 60 slm N2 flow. The pumps are ideal for analytical and research environments requiring clean vacuum generation, including electron microscopy systems. 

In addition, the nXLi Enhanced series can be used in a wide range of applications from R&D to light industrial usage, as it is able to pump down vacuum chambers up to 300 litres, support continuous inlet pressures of up to 45 mbar for the nXL110i (18 mbar for the nXL200i), all while maintaining excellent performance during both continuous operation and intermittent pump-down cycles.
