T-Station / TIC-Cart / TIC XL Designed as turnkey ‘all in one’ vacuum solution, our range of turbomolecular pumping stations consist of a backing pump, turbo pump and controller. These pumping stations are preconfigured requiring no systemisation, with a wide range of backing and turbo pumps to choose from. For light use the compact T-Station 85 provide pumping speeds of 85 l/s, with the largest pumping station being the TIC Pumping Station XL delivers pumping speeds up to 930 l/s. RGA’S There are 3 variants of our range of residual gas analysers: PRA – Primary gas analysers – ideal for simple/entry level processes. WRA – Wide range residual gas analyser – measures a wider range of gases and more sensitive than the PRA. eRGA1 – combines an PRA or WRA Residual Gas Analyser and a T-station 85 turbomolecular pumping station. It is a fully customisable system capable to cope with differing pressures, making it a truly multi purpose gas analyser. ELD500 leak detectors Three variants of our helium leak detectors are available: ELD500 – Comes with integrated oil-sealed rotary vane pump. ELD500 Flex – does not come with the backing pump allowing you to use your own. ELD500 Dry – Includes an integrated helium optimised diaphragm pump when oil-free operation is required. GasCheck G4 leak detectors Our advanced G4 leak detectors allow you to rapidly determine the location of leaks with our handheld device.
